itel S24 Unveiled Silently; Offers Helio G91 Chipset, 108MP Camera, and 5000mAh Battery

Itel has quietly revealed its latest product, the itel S24, without much fanfare. The device follows the footsteps of its predecessors, the S23 and S23 Plus, and comes packed with impressive specifications and features, as listed on the brand's website. Although its price and availability details remain undisclosed, it will likely sit in the entry-tier segment, awaiting wider deployment.

The itel S24 is a 6.6-inch IPS LCD beast with a sleek punch-hole design, delivering an HD+ resolution, a smooth 90Hz refresh rate, and a peak brightness of 480 nits. With these semi-premium specs, it promises vibrant visuals and smooth interactions.

Running the itel S24 is an Helio G91 chipset that glides in performance across various tasks. The itel S24 has three storage variants: 4GB + 128GB, 8GB + 128GB, and 8GB + 256GB, with the option of expanding storage via a microSD card slot. Additionally, it offers up to 8GB of virtual RAM for enhanced multitasking capabilities.

Equipped with a standard 5,000mAh battery, the itel budget new model supports 18W fast charging through its USB-C port. Surprisingly, it also features bypass charging, allowing direct power delivery to the motherboard for efficient operation.

On the camera front, the itel S24 sports an 8MP front-facing camera for capturing selfies, while the rear houses a Samsung ISOCELL HM6 108MP primary camera with 3x in-sensor zoom and EIS support, promising high-end and crips day-to-day photos.

Other notable features include dual speakers, a 3.5mm audio jack, and itel OS 13 preloaded on the device. The itel S24 features three attractive shades: Starry Black, Dawn White, and Coastline Blue, with an expected price tag of under $150 (~PKR 41,000), making it an enticing option for budget-conscious consumers.
