The Honor 10i is the next bet of Huawei's sub-brand in the mid-range market. Its been a while since we laid our eyes on it for the first time but as the launch is now getting closer, more leaks are coming out. The latest info confirms a 10i triple camera variant to be coming out with 6GB of RAM.
The smartphone appeared on TENAA and has registered itself to be a fierce competitor to Huawei P30 lite. Although a 4GB / 128GB variant was already known to be coming, the 6GB RAM option will highlight the smartphone even more. The global launch of the handset is expected anytime soon in April along with Honor 20.
The 6GB variant just has more memory the rest of the specifications are same in all of the Honor 10i variants. The Kirin 710 will serve as the power engine of the device. In addition, it will feature a 6.21-inch LCD panel and a small water-drop notch, carrying a 32 megapixel front camera inside.
A "Triple camera setup" is speculated at the back of the smartphone. The numbers indicated are a 24 MP with an f/1.8 aperture for the main sensor, a wide-angle 8 MP lens with f / 2.4 aperture and a 2-megapixel depth sensor. The indicators are encouraging for those who want a good camera at a budget-friendly price range and will provide a tough competition to Oppo F11 pro.
From 4/64GB, 6/64GB and 6/128GB, the 10i will come in multiple options based on storage, once it hits the market. When this happens, we can count on an Android Pie device out of the box, running EMIUI 9.0 on top. The fingerprint sensor is passed on to the back of the device.
