The company did roll out the Honor 600 Lite in China when March started, but they never really unveiled the primary Honor 600 or 600 Pro. There’s still not a single clue on the internet about when these devices will be released. But we did come across some official renders. Here’s how these phones look.
Honor Power 2 stole the iPhone 17 Pro design. They basically double down on it with the Honor 600 and its Pro sibling. It looks like there are three rear cameras on the Honor 600 Pro. Two look normal, but the other one is stretched vertically. It could be a periscope telephoto lens.
The lens stack actually sits on a horizontal camera bar. Again, they are trying to steal iPhone 17 Pro’s look here. They even have the flash and the infrared sensor pushed to the right edge. The iPhone also mounted a LiDAR and flash at the same position.
Something else we noticed on this design is an indentation and an extra button on the side. It could be the camera trigger. Honor 600 Lite had the same feature. It might be a common theme for this series. Anyway, the basic Honor new Flagship model has a missing telephoto lens. But its design is otherwise similar.
There’s a metal frame. You can see the antenna rings on the sides. The basic 600 also has an orange trim. There are at least two cameras on this handset and one infrared port that’s on the camera island, not on the phone’s top. We have seen plenty of devices with that sort of IR placement.
Anyway, we’ve been hearing reports on what specs might be featured on the Honor 600 and 600 Pro. Apparently, they have the same 6.57” screen. It’s obviously an OLED with 120Hz fluid motion. The resolution could be 1.5K. And each phone likely has a Snapdragon chip on it.
These are definitely sub-flagship phones. We’ve also heard reports that they are getting a 200MP main camera and an Ultrawide. We might even see a 9,000 mAh battery on each Honor 600 sibling. It’s said the launch could happen within the next few weeks in Europe. Keep watching the news for updates.
