Xiaomi Pakistan announced today that Poco X3 NFC — the company's latest "flagship killer" — is coming to Pakistan on October 2. It'll go on pre-sale then and with each purchase, Xiaomi is throwing in a free gift. Here's everything you need to know about Poco’s first original phone since the Pocophone F1.

Xiaomi has designed the Poco X3 for solid performance and gaming on a budget and packed with best-in-tier features. We start with the newest trend sweeping the industry; a 120Hz refresh rate and a 240Hz touch sampling rate on the display for smooth, life-like UI animation and more responsive gaming.

Poco X3 automatically drops the dynamic refresh rate settings when the screen is left untouched to keep the resource-hungry feature from chewing at the battery life.

The Xiaomi Poco X3 NFC's battery itself is 5160 mAh and charges over 33W (fast charger comes included in the box). It can fully recharge the device in a little over an hour. Poco claims that you can get 10 hours of gaming out of a single charge. Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 732G processor debuted with this phone — built to well outperform the 730G from last year. For heat management, there’s a multi-layered chamber that Poco calls ‘LiquidCool Technology Plus”.

And for visuals, you have a 6.67” LCD display that produces an FHD+ resolution. A tiny hole-punch sits in the middle of the screen which is surrounded in slim bezels all around. We have dual stereo speakers onboard, a custom ‘4D Vibration’ motor, a 3.5mm headphone jack, and five antennas to ensure stable connectivity. On the software end, the X3 has Game Turbo 3.0 for when you’re playing more demanding titles. The fingerprint scanner rests on the side, on double duty as the power button.

The camera cluster isn’t symmetrical and the camera plate under it juts out almost 2mm. The X3 has a four-camera array featuring the 64MP Sony-made camera and a 13MP 119° wide-angle lens.

Plus, two 2MP depth-mapping and macro sensors. The 20MP selfie camera doesn’t have hardware-grade bokeh but the portraits taken with the rear cameras do. On paper, it’s an impressive optics setup. WhatMobile expects the phone to start from an attractive Rs. 39,999.
