Vivo Y51s is a mid-range Vivo that debuted in Pakistan this year as a successor to the Vivo Y51. Shortly after its release, Vivo cut the phone’s price by Rs. 2,000. And two months later, the Y51s has seen yet another price drop. The phone is now available for a heavy discount. It features a sleek, stylish design, versatile camera, and high-performance internal specs.

Vivo Y51s debuted at Rs. 39,999, but it had been retailing for Rs. 37,999 after the first price change. Vivo knocked off Rs. 2000 off the price tag once again, offering the Y51s for Rs. 35,999. We’ll review the features in the paragraphs that follow.

The build is inspired by Vivo’s latest design language. Vivo Y51s has a 3D curved shell with an elegant matte finish. Its cameras reside inside a squared-off island. We see clean lines and subtle accents throughout the frame — which has a side-facing thumbprint scanner embedded inside, blending into the form. You can pick from the sunburst Crystal Symphony and the muted Titanium Sapphire editions.

Qualcomm Snapdragon 662 is at the heart of the phone, powered by a 5000 mAh battery. Vivo Y51s promises roughly 18 hours of streaming and 8 hours of gaming out of a single charge. When running low, the accompanying 18W power brick delivers a 70% recharge in 64 minutes. All of that now at a much more affordable Vivo mobile price.

FunTouchOS 11, the latest Android11 based UI, runs on the Y51s out of the box. You get 8GB of memory and 128GB of internal storage, expandable via microSD. Software magic allows for performance and audio enhancement through multi-turbo and audio booster modes.

The camera array features 48MP f/1.79 wide, 8MP ultrawide, and 2MP macro cameras. Out on the front, Vivo Y51s rocks a 16MP selfie lens. This camera is embedded inside a notch bleeding into the display. We’re looking at a 6.58” IPS LCD with a full HD resolution.
