Motorola Edge 70 Neo Massive Leak Reveals Almost Everything Except Price

Motorola Edge 70 Neo has leaked again today, and this time its key specs are being reported by a foreign publication. This newcomer has had its renders leaked, and its Geekbench listing was also posted back in September. This is everything we know about this Motorola Edge 70 Neo so far.

Renders show a generic design that we’ve seen on other Edge 70 phones before. There was a render leak just last month. Apparently, the palette has at least four colors. We have the simpler Gray Lilac and Mountain View finishes for the Edge 70 Neo. There are also rather splashy Milky Blue or Sage options too.

The leak gave us the exact details about its curved screen. This screen seems to curve on all four sides at a 6.78” diagonal, and there’s possibly a 144Hz refresh rate on it. Thin bezels are uniform all the way around. And of course, a punch hole is carved into it for a selfie camera, which seems to be a 32MP unit.

They’ll put a 7,000mAh battery in the Edge 70 Neo. This would probably recharge on a 45W wired input. This doesn’t have Android 17, though. The source pegs the 70 Neo with Android 16 from the factory, so it will be a generation behind, sadly.

IP64 rating would keep it safe from splashes, but it won’t survive full water immersion. We know the exact camera sensor it’s supposed to carry. 50MP Sony LYTIA 710 could be used here. And there will be a 2MP depth mapper right next to it, all midrange gear for imaging.

Again, even in performance, the Edge 70 Neo is pretty much a mid-tier phone with the Snapdragon 7s Gen 3. That’s just a 2.5GHz CPU with Adreno 810. This info is from Geekbench, by the way. And the platform tested its 6GB RAM base variant. No launch date has come out so far, but there has been an official press release for it. Keep watching the news for more updates.
