It was reported long ago that the Honor X5c will land in Pakistan. It has quietly hit the local market today. There’s only a 4/64GB trim, but at least it’s affordable and within reach of many buyers. This is everything you need to know about Honor X5c before you get your wallets out.
Honor X5c’s design is flat. It’s an outdated look, though. Two cameras are stacked on the glossy backplate. And the third silo looks like a camera, but it’s actually an LED flash. By the way, Ocean Cyan, Midnight Black, Tidal Blue, and Meteor Silver are the phone’s color options.
At the top of this handset lies a TFT screen. The brightness isn’t advertised. The panel size is 6.74 inches, which is decent, but the resolution isn’t high enough to keep up. So you will notice pixels. This Honor latest budget mobile sticks to 260ppi and an HD+ 720p resolution.
At least the screen’s clock rate is 90Hz. So the visuals are smooth. It is a device from 2025, so they threw in the old Android 15 system with Magic OS 9. But be warned that the device isn’t as powerful when it comes to processing. Helio G81 SoC and integrated Mali G52 GPU will lag sometimes.
We know that the Pakistani market has only received the trim with 4GB RAM and 64GB storage. Those are eMMC 5.1 and LPDDR4x. Honor’s old X5c+ used a 50MP Main camera. But the vanilla model dropped the resolution down to 13MP. And X5c’s selfie camera is only 5MP.
Shutter bugs should steer clear of the X5c. Anyway, this newcomer uses a Li-Po battery for backup. We are afraid the phone is bulky and heavy. It’s 7.9mm and 186 grams. The phone’s cell capacity is 5,260 mAh, which is more than enough to last a day.
The battery gets plugged into a 15W charger. It’s standard in the price range. There’s a side fingerprint reader here. Only a single speaker is used for Audio. A 3.5mm jack will let you use wired peripherals. The WiFi is dual-band. Honor X5c’s cost in Pakistan is Rs 27,999. This price tag is an absolute bargain.
